Meet Jake, our latest foster who showed up rather suddenly yesterday afternoon.
Two year old Jake has been shuffled around in his short life and just wants to settle down with one family for the rest of his days. This youngster is still adjusting to his latest stop but Sky was eager to help him make the transition. I like that they both have ridges in their fur between their eyes, very cute!
I just read on the Bumpass Hounds that you have a new blog address. I also read that you received their outstanding award for good blogging to advance rescues. Way to go!
So many homeless dogs, so few foster friends. Thanks for helping a homeless dog on their way to a new forever home.

That Jake is a great looking red (like our Homer J.). It’s cool that Sky, who had to be comforted by Candy, is now comforting Jake. Hopefully it won’t take too long for these guys to find furever homes. We will all pull together for them: ready Bumpasses, PULL.

WOW! what a nive fur! As Sara already told you, a tone like that in a golden fur is really rare around here, we don’t know why! It’s curious, cause Pipa’s father is rather dark, too, but she is almost white!
They are both lovely! They look strong and healthy.
Have you heard about Honey?? She has cancer too. :(

And his fur color it’s so dark. Here in Portugal there aren’t many dark goldens.
