This week I was doing some photo management while migrating my library from Lightroom 3 to 4 and came across a series of photos of Kona that really tugged at my heart. It was just another day in which Kona and I had a great time hanging out. In truth that was pretty much every day:) He was so incredibly happy, and I tried to capture that. This is one of those photos from that series. To me, his eyes convey his joy and of course he had a big doggy grin plastered acorss his face as usual.
Photography is a wonderful way to preserve all life’s precious and little moments. One click and that moment is frozen forever, ready to be re-lived again and again. So snap away, you never know what treasured moment you will capture!
This is such a fantastic photo of Kona! Just one look at that face and you are smiling!! :)
Thanks Elizabeth. Dogs have the best smiles, don’t you think:) This one makes me smile every morning as it hangs in my office.
Beautiful photo…I agree – never enough photos of all the magic moments. We are so lucky that we have digital cameras! Greetings from France. Zola x
Merci beaucoup Zola!
tat’s a really nice picture.
Eski’s smile comes with some fishy breath, but i love it!
:D
Thanks Jasmine, BamBam and Eski. Fish breathe just adds character:)
He had such a nice smile. You have had a series of gorgeous, heart-tugging dogs.
Thanks Tucker & Daisy, we’ve been very fortunate to know such lovely dogs:)
I always enjoy seeing a pic of Kona. It is odd how attached we can become over the
computer. When I see photos of these wonderful pooches I hope they are on the other side having fun with my beloved Lea dog. I never heard the term heart dog until you guys. Lea was the dog of my heart and I am always glad to see her pics and remember what a pal she was. Thank you guys so much for sharing.
Thanks Taria. I think it’s in their eyes:) I’m sure your Lea was a special girl and I know she left you with a heart full of treasured memories. That is a beautiful gift to have.
Thank you for sharing . I never met kona but I miss him whenever I look at dogbynature
Thanks Sara. I guarantee you would have loved Kona had you met him:)
Oh Kona’s doggie grin always made me grin too! Thanks for sharing with us!
Glad to hear that Courtney, dog grins are infectious:)
