We’re back from 3 weeks in New Zealand and Australia where we saw lots of wildlife in it’s natural habitat. We spotted tons of wallabies and kangaroos along with some wombats, seals, dolphins, kookaburras, southern right whales, humpback whales and tons of exotic birds. Recharged we headed home this week for more fun with Golden fosters.
Both countries are excellent places for outdoor enthusiasts. I personally love being out in nature and observing all it’s beauty. It’s good for the soul. We had so many wonderful experiences but one of the highlights had to be watching giant humpback whales feed right next to our rather tiny boat. A very humbling event. When I get a chance, I’ll be posting some photos of the trip over on my photo blog later this week.
Remarkable beauty. We will be back for more, count on it.
Welcome home. It’s been kinds quiet with us while you were away. Radar is growing like a weed and is now bigger than Abby and just about Jack’s size. The other guys don’t harass him as much as they did when he was little. Sophie has just recently laid down the law to radar about chewing on her all of the time and he responses pretty well when mom or dad tell him to knock it off. Be sure to let us know when you get another candidate. We’re glad you got recharged while you were down under.
