Titus

We’re back… and we have a new foster, Titus. He had a run in with a car, ended up at a local shelter and was surrendered by his owners, who didn’t want this lovely lad any longer. Titus has a beautiful big head and is a terrific looking Golden.

His body needs to catch up with his head because he is very skinny under all that fur. We have Titus enjoying a yummy menu of chicken, turkey and veggies so he should put on some pounds to fill out to his ideal weight.

Titus is an active 2 year old and extremely curious about the world around him. He notices everything and even watches birds flying overhead.

Despite some rough times in his short life, Titus has a wonderful gentle disposition and loves to get pets and snuggle. We’re looking forward to learning more about him as he heals up and gets back into shape to be adopted.

  1. What a handsome boy Titus is! Oh here is the weather vane. Catching up I thought I saw it in a Jake pic….LOL I love how the boys like to stand and look over the fence. I am just so happy that he has you all there to make his time happy till he get his forever family.
    Hugs to you all,

  2. Heya M & S,
It’s great to have you back amongst us. We certainly missed you for the short while you were on hiatus. It’s no surprise that you came back with a new, and very handsome, foster boy. Titus looks like he’s an active dog. We hope that he wasn’t too badly injured by his automobile expisode. We’re looking forward to him having as hort stay with you, but long enough to get back up to weight. We’ve got a “foster” too, but we’re likely to fail as we usually do.

  3. So glad you are back. Hope your time away was refreshing for your soul.

What a beautiful boy. As Farley’s mom said, It is hard to believe his family did not want Titus. Strange, how someone could not be moved by that face and just melt. Hopefully, he was not neglected too bad, but bad enough too be way underweight. With your love and good food, I bet he will be healthy soon.

  4. We just love reading your blogs about the dogs you are fostering and helping to get forever homes. Spencer would be so proud:)

  7. Welcome back! Titus is beautiful! How could anyone possibly give him up? Too bad Zeke and I aren’t too skinny so we could get that yummy menu, too!

    See ya!
