The pups are still here…I think they are going to be here for long time. I’m trying to help them get healthy so they can go to their furever homes and stop cutting into my cuddle time with the humans! They’ve been in and out of the emergency vets a few times this week but they seem to be doing better now. On top of all their troubles they came down with kennel cough. Good thing I’m vaccinated for that.
Ben likes to follow me around. I think he thinks I might be his mom, or maybe he’s just trying to be like me.
They are get stronger and they are eating very well now. They dance in circles when its dinner time which is pretty funny to watch. Now that they are getting around better they are getting into more trouble. I have to watch their every move. Puppies can be very naughty! Here’s Ben ready for trouble.
And Jerry….you just know he’s thinking “Hmmm, what kind of trouble can I get into next?”
The humans are trying to teach them to be good pups, just like their Uncle Spencer….we’ll see how that goes, BOL!

Anyway, back to the puppies! Yes, I think Ben wants to be just like Uncle Spencer :) And little Jerry, oh my goodness, I know he’s happy & healthy now, but his little eyes make me sad. How can anyone mistreat such a baby. :( So glad their with you all now being loved and taken care of. Good for Spencer & his humans :)
Spencer you have nephews!!!!!!! How cute! Your humans are such good people for helping out these poor little golden boys. And how patient you must be too to let them get the attention that they need.
Our Dad had to take both of us to the vet (not the ER Vet) last week too to get cysts removed. Yuck.

Oh my gosh! The mommy & I felt sooo terribly sad after seeing poor Jerry’s condition. i can’t believe some sick dog breeders could do this! I know those two adorable golden pups will get better soon especially under your care. I know that for sure! You’ll do a great job.

Those little guys look like they are doing well, they must be a handful, but you are amazing for helping them out. With such a great role model in Spencer I’m sure they will learn to behave.
If you ever need a hand with them, Finn is more than will to show some puppies what it’s like to be a golden retriever, and we’re not to far away (West L.A.) and would surely help out in any way possible. Good luck with them.

Omgosh …yes I think Ben wants to be just like his uncle Spencer! So darn cute! And Jerry, aww…poor little fella, I know he’s happy, but his eyes make him look so sad. People can be so awful to pets. I’m so glad to know that ben & jerry are being well taken care of by all of you :)
