Tomorrow morning I go to the hospital again to be a therapy dog. That means I have to have a bath because there are NO STINKY DOGS allowed in the hospital. I don’t mind, except that I smell like lavender after my bath. It’s so hot today that I had my bath outside and it was very refreshing. I sit patiently for the humans to get all the soap and conditioner on me. While I’m waiting I soak up some sunshine.
I get a mini massage when they put the shampoo on and it feels great. Once I’m all rinsed off I move to the drying station, where I get another massage as I get toweled off. I like this part a lot and sometimes I fall asleep. Once that’s done I get very perky and play some ball for a bit before heading in the house to get blow dried. I actually like that part too because I get another massage. It’s massage heaven for this dog! When I’m done I’m all fluffy and handsome…ready for lots of pets and making people smile tomorrow.

Ah, Spencer! I bet you smell very nice & your fur is nice & shiny & bouncy…Have a great day cheering up all those at the hospital…I bet it is the highlight of their day to have you grace them with your handsome presence….I’m off to bed now…its been a very tiring Randay!…I agree, everyday should be Randay!
