Today was my first official day of being a pet therapy dog at the hospital.  I had my bath last night and was all groomed to look my best. When we got to the hospital we did our rounds with Ginny, whose own Golden Retrievers, Bentley and Molly are both therapy dogs. Bentley is from the Golden Retriever Club of Greater Los Angeles Rescue just like me! We went all over the hospital and visited children, intensive care patients, physical therapy patients as well as many families of patients and all the nurses and doctors. I was on my best behavior.

We had to take the elevator to different floors and I waited patiently…

I got lots of pets today and made lots of people smile. It was a very good day and I can’t wait to go back!
